| why do i feel panic/anxiety/intense fear wen i suspect to hav an unknown illness? Posted: 28 Dec 2012 01:34 AM PST every time i feel or believe there is something wrong with me i freak out in the most affull way, i dont make a scene i just feel it internaly n even may hyperventalate if it gets bad. i havent always been this way i hav past huspital traumas like colonoscopyy at agr 11 thought i was gonna die n had horible nightmares at the time n stuff. please help me identify and combat this problem |
