My left knee is injured and diagnosed with a bone contusion in the lateral tibial plateau and a sprain on medial patellofemoral ligament. I was advised to avoid putting weight on it so I am using a cane when walking and putting the weight on my right knee. After 3 weeks with medication and therapy, my left knee shows improvement but still has pain on it. However, I am now starting to feel some pain on my right knee which might be a result of putting stress to it to support my injured left knee. How can I avoid this?

My mandible hurts when I chew or open my mouth but, I have no idea why. Then, i felt that my ear is in pain. Is it possible that my jaw will hurt because of eye infection?

For a while now, I've noticed a bump on the whites of my eyeball. I can't necessarily see it, as it's too far back, but I can feel it through my eyelid. I'm 15, and my mom says it could be the result of a sty I had a week ago. It was a bit sore then, but now it doesn't hurt. Any help? Thanks!

Rapid heart rate and trembling from playing video games?

It rarely happens when I play videos games, but when it does I can feel my heart beating fast , I was trembling on my chair, it feels mostly like adrenaline and it only adds up when ever I feel endangered after another. Is this normal or to happened during a player's gameplay or is this very common to players when they are playing and if so, how do I do it again because it felt good and it helps me concentrate during playing video games.

It takes me 2 hours at least to fall asleep. My throat and hair is feeling dry and the hair itself feels a bit painful like it's gonna fall out. When i do sleep, i have these dreams which seem Very real, and i wake up several times during the night, only to suffer more, as it takes very long to get back to sleep. My chest feels heavy, and my mind doesn't seem to calm down, it's like something is filling it. Also i have had extreme erection problems for the past few weeks. I can't even get an erection now, and when i do, it's only a flaccid semi hard erection, and sometimes hurts when i tense it. it's like a sharp pain like it's going to burst. Please help me. I've seen a doctor for my insomnia problem, but not these other ones. Im very scared to go to sleep every night now. I have my Hsc this year and if i can't get enough sleep, then im going to fail. I feel suicidal all the time now. Any advice is appreciated now. I've almost given up. Im only 16 years old. :(

I'm a 24 year old woman. I am about 5 foot 4 inches, and I weigh around 59 kg (130 pounds). I was er, iactually bigger, but I lost about 4 kilos by going to the gym and changing my eating. Problem is that I seem to gain weight so fast when I eat anything with carbs or fatty and creamy. I want to be smaller, maybe 55kg, but my metabolism is too slow. I want to cut down on eating altogetht seems when I enjoy food it all turns into fat. Right now, I dont have access to a gym, but I walk for about 30 minutes a day. I see people everywhere who eat whatever they want, never exercise and are skinny. How can I be like them?

I recently turned 23 last Christmas and the only difference I noticed is a change in height. My face looks so young that any new people I meet don't believe that I'm already in my 20s. Anyone experiencing the same issue? Could it be I'm a late bloomer? At what age do late bloomers usually begin look more mature?

So for the past months I went on an unhealthy diet which I ate so little and the food I ate was not very healthy, I lost a lot of lbs because of it. But after that I pigged out like 6 days straight and then my stomach problems started. It has been a month now, Whenever I eat something I become bloated easily and full even after a small meal. There's also noises thats coming from my stomach. This situation has been bothering me and is affecting my day to day life. I am currently 98 lbs but has a big stomach, There's also a small ball like mass under my right rib (if that should be a concern or is that just part of my rib?) Also, I'm eating yogurt everyday as a probiotic. Answers are very much appreciated thank you.

I eat a koko crunch like cereal w/milk (bear brand) during the morning (6:00:00 AM) then during school days i eat 2 boiled eggs (10:00:00) then i eat white rice with either fish,chicken or pig meat then at 6:00:00 i eat chicken or fish meat Is this healthy cause im trying to lose weight I eat the rice with protein during 1:00:00-2:00:00 at te afternoon
