Sometimes I hear something horrible. Like someone is being abused or people are talking about me or conspiring against me. Every time I ask people look at me weird or get upset. I think it might be my imagination. I was wondering why this happens and if there is any disorder for this. Also, I don't know when someone is joking or being serious. All of this is very bad for my psychological state. I don't know what's going on. This all started a few years ago. Am I crazy? Or are people lying to me? Any thoughts?
