I am doing a upper/lower 4 day split, but 2 days a week for power and 2 for hypertrophy ! Upper - Power Flat bench 3x6 Bent Over BB row 3x6 Military Press 3x6 Pullups (weighted) 3x6 Dips (weighted) 3x6 Barbell Curl 3x8 Lower Body Hypertrophy Squats 3x10 Leg Extensions 3x10 Lying Leg Curl 3x10 Seated Leg Curl 3x10 Calf Raises 3x15 Upper Body Hypertrophy Incline DB press 3x10 One Arm DB row 3x10 DB shoulder press 3x10 Chinups 3x10 Skullcrushers 3x10 Spider Curls 3x10 Lower Body Power Squats 3x6 Leg Press 3x6 Stiff Legged Deadlift 3x6 Calf Raises 3x15
