Is this workout suitable for a chubby 12 year old boy?

10x Pushup 20x Incline Pushup 10x Situps 10x Crunches 10x Hip Thrusts 15x Squats 30x Bicycle Leg (Laying down and moving your feet like riding a bicycle) 20 sec. Elbow Plank 10 sec. Top of Pushup Plank Repeat 3 times. I do this 3 times a week and I'm on a diet.No brakes.

Something below my eye is swelling what do i do?

it might be the eye lid im not sure but it hurts to blink and it started 2 days ago. My eye isnt red so im not sure its dirt. What is it and what can i do to fix it?

I woke up not feeling well, I have a UTI and under medication for 2 weeks and my pus cells increased to 50 pus cells, my body shakes (less than a minute) at night for 3 days...it stopped already. Before, I also experienced shaking 3 years ago when I had UTI..after that I no longer experienced shaking in other stressful moments in my life...only with UTI

I gave birth to my daughter on December 1st and since then I haven't been able to make a bowel movement by myself. The very first time I got so bad that I had to go to the emergency room. They gave me a dulcolax suppository and some citrate and it made me go. So I thought it would be the end of my backup like that but it continued. So I kept doing the dulcolax because my body just wouldn't let me go on my own no matter how much I tried to force it. Its been almost 5 months now and it hasn't gotten better at all not even a little bit. I drink plenty of water and eat a lot of food with fiber so I don't know else to do. Do you know what this could be and should I consult my family doctor?

What type of outfits should short girls wear?can u give me an idea?

I had an unprotected oral sex with a man whom I I just met on the street. No Ejaculation took place in my mouth except for a possible precum. We had oral sex that day thrice, more or less an hour after the first and second respectively. After a few days, I started to feel symptoms like naussea, but I havent vomit. After a week my lymp node in the neck is swollen. After which I think I got diarhhea. My stool is a wet and I have been frequent to CR. Just today, a week after the possible exposure, I got fever but I feel not that really cold. I also think I got sore throut because my throat feels a little painful whenever I drink. I feel fatigue also. I have been sleeping. The possible exposure was on april 9 this year. I'm very worried about these symptoms. Could these be HIV? Help me. Too early for test. These are my symptoms as of now. I'm really very worried.

Hello! I just got my permanent crown for my lower molar recently, when I got home I tried to fit in my retainer for the lower part and it doesn't fit. I got my braces off for about 4 months now. And I only wear my retainers at night. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I'M SCARED THAT MY TEETH WILL BECOME CROOKED AGAIN. first of all I haven't had sex since my last period and I've never had unprotected sex my partner always use condoms and withdraw before ejaculation with condom on. My last period was February 1 and ended February 6 Im always irregular with cycles of 36 days to 41 days. i should gotten my period march 14, i track it by using an app. i don't have pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness, frequent urination, sensitivity to odors etc; but i experience bloating particularly on the upper part of my abdomen, i burp frequent and im constipated. How burping frequent constipation and bloating on the upper part of the abdomen to become pregnancy symptoms? i took a pregnancy test yesterday exactly 1 month late on my period and it came out negative. (see picture) what could be wrong? we did all the precaution and prevention and waited enough time to take a test. We didn't had sex since my last period. i never experience light bleeding or implantation or whatsoever. we are very worried about this, I've experience 2 week late but not a month late. please help

Well I went and ate 2 subway sandwiches cause I was hungry. So... I've noticed that I've been getting foamy urine whenever I pee. I drinked LOTS of water and it made my urine very clear and a very less foamy, but it still has those lone bubbles that pop almost instantly. Is this normal?
