My retainer fell off.?

so I removed my retainer before going in the grocery, I put it in my pocket. I didn't know that there was a hole i that specific pocket so right when I was about to go out of the grocery I stepped on something metal-like. I thought it was just trash so I just shrugged it off and walked away. When I was in my car, I was about to put on my retainer-only to realize it wasn't there. I realized that the metal thing I previously stepped on was my ******* retainer. This happened like 8 mins ago. I'm currently using an elastic band around my 4 front teeth. its tight so yeah... I cannot tell my mum. She will murder me, LITERALLY. she's not the kindest but anyway.. new retainers would cost around 8,000 bucks. I need help. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

my wife has told me to brush my teeth or here's some candy.. I've been to the dentist who says nothing abnormal.. Even after brushing/tongue too, and gargleing with Listermint... she says It smells like burning rubber. Any ideas...? Seriously please.. I also have Acid reflux which is a daily medication. So I don't have acid coming up..

15 5'7 1/2 69 kg I always thought i was an Endomorph but in september i went on a diet After dieting for 2 weeks i was able to lose 4 kg of fat while combing Cardio and Dumbell curls,My biceps went from 13 to 13 1/2 in 2 weeks, Waist from 33 to 31 1/2 i dont remember the other measurements of my body parts... But it took me 3 months to gain 3kg of weight and i was not eating clean I always eat a lot of rice and meat... What is my body type ? I noticed i burn a lot of fat when i sleep then gain all the weight back it back at night.

Is there an exercise for my penis to get larger?

I am a 15 year old girl. I weigh 108, and I'm 5'5. My waist measurement is also 26.): My goal is to lose atleast ten pounds though. I have been told I am fat, and I already know I am, but I'm trying to lose weight. Please help, I'm tired of being a fat pig! Advice is much appreciated.

I'm 16 but I've had acne since about 12, I've tried a lot of face washes, ointments, masks, basically anything i could and nothing really works that well at clearing up my skin. I have a combination skin type but i really only get black heads and the occasional zit like another teenager and I really only ever get it on my nose and chin. I also have a really bad habit of squeezing and/or picking at them. Hello I'm a female 5'4 I'm almost 200 lbs. but I think I lost weight. Was 90 kilos before but I'm now 85kilos cause of fasting. I started jogging again (more like walking lol) almost 5k 5 days a week for 1hr so that I could loose more weight. But I was just wondering if there are any other exercise that I could try at home. I don't have weights at home so i only do squats. I can't really go to the gym because I'm a student and only depend on my parents for resources. But I'm planning to go to the gym after I loose a bit weight and save money from my allowance. But for now I was wondering if u can give me tips for exercising from your experience so that I could loose a bit more weight. I really want to go to the gym but i think gym would be really hard for me since before I already went to the gym and it was already hard (i was 70kilos).

It's been a few days that I'm experiencing such pressure on my butt wherein I feel like I'm going to poop but I can't. Last two days ago, I took a laxative to help me and it did. I thought it would stop it but I still feel like there is something wrong. I had sex last 11 days ago and I don't know if I have the chance to get pregnant since it was an unprotected sex. He did withdraw but the semen could carry a sperm. Idk. Can somebody help me? My discharge is like a wet tissue paper, it's white and it doesn't smell nor itch or burn.
