I am from Ohio. I got my permit once but I have a phobia of driving and I'm trying over come it. I got my permit when I was 15 but it soon expriered I'm 17 now and I'm waiting to get my permit again. I'm not taking any driving classes because I have trust issues and just scared overall. I much rather have my dad teach me. Once I turn 18 in July I should still have my permit I'm wondering by then if I comfortable to drive and have something to do if I'm aloud to drive without my dad or an adult in the car because i'm 18? Once I'm comfortable then driving by myself (if I'm aloud) then I'll go for my license.
