Too exhausted to retype, will paste conversation w/ friend earlier I've had a migraine all day but it finally went away with imitrex+fioricet and I am shakey and feel lie **** and tired and nauseated and tired and fainty and exhausted so much it somehow hurts and I made myself at least drink 2 ensure and my 28oz water bottle and it hasn't really helped .and slept most of today and im stupid and deserve this bc I should have been sleeping and eating more. like earlier i tried cleaning but my legs were shaking like i was weightlifting and idk what to do What should I do?
