Okay so im 16 ive been very sick for about three years, still am. I get migranes and vomit from stress. So i am very weak. But i have been trying yoga. On one day i do a 30 minute 'middle firming' yoga video. Im only able to do about 10 minutes of this workout before its too much. I get alot of pain from this severe stomach muscle pain and rib pain to the point where i have to do ibuprofen or tylenol. And then the next day i do a ten minute 'energy yoga' routine. Thats easier and slower paced but i still get pain. Ive been doing this pattern for a week. Ever since i have not had a 'pain free' minute. What can i do at least lessen the pain? Please and thanks! :)
