I have 2005 dodge neon and when it rains my back floor board on both driver and passenger sides have puddles of water in them. The seats aren't wet just the floor board. Also when it rains and I drive my car there's a stream of water that comes out from under my dash and leaves a huge puddle in the floor board and if the heat is on its makes a sizzling sound when the water is coming out. Any idea on where all the water is coming from?
