I Plan On Doing My Deadlifts The Same Day As My Squats. On Day I Go Heavy On Squats, Light On Deads The Following Days I Go Light On Squat And Heavy On Deads. I Weight 142Lbs And Am 5"6Ft 19. I Don't Know My True 1RM(PR) But I Always Do 10% Less Of What It Would Be. I'll Estimate That 225Lbs Is My Max. So Far My Workout On Deads Going Heavy Is Warmups Then 135X5, 155X5, 175X3, 195X2, 205X1, And 215X1. Next Week I Plan On Adding Just 5Lbs To Each Set. On Light Days I'll Do 4x5 With 100,110,120, And 135 For Form And Recovery. Is This Ok? What Have You Guys Or Girls Done To Improve? Has Anyone Tried Doing High Reps On Deads? Any Feedback Is Appreciated.
