So last night this girl i met took me to this hookah lounge and i smoked hookah for the first time. Ive always wanted to try it and i thought it was pretty cool. I did get light headed for some reason but it wasnt that bad. The flavor i got was fruity and it was something different ive always wanted to try. The atmosphere was great. All the people there were all college age kids like me (im 21) and i guess hookah is really popular around where i live. Anyways since i dont smoke at all, i have no clue what im putting in my body. Is hookah just as harmful as a cigarette? Did you smoke hookah and how often? Should i becareful when it comes to it?
