I don't even eat that much, please no answers on "Put down the fork." Although it is funny, seriousness is appreciated. But, would a diet like this work? Since I don't eat junk or matter of fact, hardly anything. So, count all of my calories, wait for all of it to digest, and burn the calories I ate and then some? Not necessarily a diet.. but a plan? Whatever it is. Any tips? Thanks. :)
