sore penis after sex?

The other day I had sex for the first time with my girlfriend but I couldent Finnish because I was getting no pleasure from it, only pain, the day after I looked at my penis and it is sore and the skin is cracked around the foreskin, we tried again a couple of days later and again it just hurt and I couldent Finnish again, we tried with and without a condom it still hurt
