Which is better of these 2 bodyweight workout plans? Posted: 31 Aug 2013 01:27 AM PDT i have two plans 1st workout: Pull-Ups Dips Chair Dips Standard Push-Ups Knuckle Push-Ups Wide-Arm Push-Ups Hindu Push-Ups Diamond Push-Ups 2nd workout: please check out this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rP1T28YlI0Q and with that i am doing chair dips and pull-ups so i want to get a good shape as soon as possible. so which will get me that faster? which builds muscle faster? so which is better of these two. |
