What is an unrestricted class one medical certificate?

I am looking at some airline requirements for pilots that want to apply, and this particular airline requires an "unrestricted" medical certificate. What does unrestricted mean in this context? I have the 1st class medical, but as I wear glasses I have VLD written in the "Limitations" box. Is unrestricted applying to these things or is it something completely different? Thank you.
