I cannot feel anything in my vagina..?

I am a virgin... But I can't feel anything inside of my vagina. Like a tampon or my fingers.. Like I know it's there and I can kind of feel pressure or whatever but it is completely numb inside. Is this normal? Is something wrong with me? Help!?
