I very slowly bumped into the cars front bumper with my rear bumper when I was reversing back to get out of a tight parking space. I was going very slow and think it was the number plate I bumped into. There's no new looking marks on my car, maybe one.. And I checked the other car as much as I could and didn't see anything that stood out. Do you think I was going at all quick enough to damage it as I was slowly reversing back? I feel terrible and just so annoyed.
