Is this a weird thing to feel?

When I touch basically anything I have to wash my hands, but when I touch something I know has germs on it, I can literally feel the germs on me were my hand touched the object. And it doesn't go away until I wash my hands, but sometimes it still doesn't. I know its in my head. Is this normal?
