I feel constipated help?

For about two days now i haven't gone. I couldnt even sleep because it just felt like it was going to come out any secon bu nothing. Only until i tried taking fiber pills (nopalina pills) i went to the bathroom once. (today) I still feel like i have poop inside of me because my stomach hurts but it wont come out. Should i keep taking the fiber pills untill it all comes out or no? help
