Tiny random bumps on my legs, what is it?

I have random little bumps on my legs, they are not all together. They are scattered, I have one on my knee, two on my thigh, one in my back thigh, and the others are just in random places on my legs. They don't really itch only sometimes one or two of them will. They are not large bumps, their the size of a zit. But I know it's not acne. Sometimes I'll start itching on leg then a little after a bump will start to appear. I have no clue What this is. Any suggestions?
