i was sick a couple days ago i had a sore throat and a runny nose. well today like every once in a while their was a sharp pain in my heart area. not super bad but i could still notice it. my heart also has a tickling sensation. i sniffed alot and i thought maybe all the mucus had something to do with it so idk
