I started at 122lbs and I'm now about 112lbs. Even though I'm 5'5, my body just doesn't appear to show weight change - the weight didn't show when it went on and it doesn't show when it came off. why does this happen, considering I'm quite light and not exceptionally tall? I'm really light, but still have loads of flabby horrible parts. What do I do - lose weight or try and gain muscle/tone. with my figure, it appears even if I lost another 10lbs I'd still be flabby - I dont get it!
