Cure for pars defect? |
| Posted: 20 May 2013 01:09 AM PDT I am 22 and have had bouts of intense back pain for almost 10 years. Recently I was diagnosed with a pars defect in my lower spine, I have tried physical therapy, chiro, acupuncture, and have gotten ablasion procedures. I still suffer from days of extreme pain, and am finally ready to consider surgery. I also do martial arts, weight lift, and jog, strangely these sports make my back feel better as compared to resting for a month to try to relieve pain. Please, what surgeries do you know of or have had to end this awful pain? |
