| How can you tell if the brake disc needs replacing? Posted: 06 Mar 2013 05:05 AM PST Is there a wear indicator or something? My car uses vented disc brakes and I can see enough material on the brake pads but recently after driving around for a mile or two i can hear a sort of scraping noise when I brake and it turns to a squeak often. Is this normal or should I get the brake pads changed? |
