|    Posted: 07 Oct 2011 06:04 AM PDT hi can can you tell me wot the most likely out come  well be to  my friends court case in a magistrates court  for driving  without insurance and a valid  licence  . He wos being Towed my a Vehicle that wos  insured to towed by the 43 of The Road Traffic Act 1988   . 43 of The Road Traffic Act 1988 [1] states: (1)  (a)a person must not use a motor vehicle on a road [or other public place] unless there is in force in relation to the use of the vehicle by that person such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks as complies with the requirements of this Part of this Act, and i have and my friend as  a letter from the guys insurance from the court informing  the court  that the vehicle  wos covered  on the day by third party insurance. And can he use this to help in the court case  .  to prove he wos covered this insurance policy  . And well they call the officer  wos stop  my friend . in to the court  on the day  ? . can you help  my friend thank you   |
