Ok I'm 17 and I've had acne/pimples before.... I recently got this lump thing on my chin, it's slightly red but doesn't really seem like a pimple. It's not white at all. Also it seems quite big for a pimple I'd normally get. I still got that, and recently another one is under my right eye... and another one seems to be forming. Whenever I kinda of just squeeze them it's all just red I don't see white. Are these just the start of some big pimples or something? :/ or something different?
