okay so I have a few mental problems. I have bipolar II, controlled DID (as I thought...), depression and anxiety, as well as both audio and visual hallucinations .... Until now I have been a very self kept person , i've always been by myself drawing or painting alone because that is what made me feel good... now... i feel changed... I feel like an alter ego has risen above me and taken over my body..... I have been so mean.... after the person feels pain I realise what I have done and return to my normal self and apologize but I need help!!!!! I feel like a crazy person and I can't control this meanness brewing inside of me please help!!!!!!!!!!
