OK so since i got up yesterday i have been feeling nauseous really cold, cold sweats, headache, exhausted, sore and dizzy. I have not been eating i had a few biscuits a couple pints of milk 1 chip and 3 quarters of a chicken and mushroom pasty tried forcing the food and drink down but made me feel worse. since i awoke today i have had a jumper on thick trackies in my bed with duvet and a blanket rapped around me still a bit cold though i have had a hot chocolate and working on a liter of water and about 4 in the morning when i was up for a bit manged to eat a large bowl of cheerios and my eyes are killing me
