Hello, I passed the written test in school on 10/20/09. I was 16 years old at the time. i went to the dmv a year later i was then 17 , they told me i needed my mothers signature and they needed to see her license. My mother is illegal and couldn't help me with that. Now i went on my 18 birthday and they voided my ticket from school the one i passed at school. Is there a school in NEW JERSEY that anyone can refer me to? I live in pemberton nj. --thanks !
