What workouts can I do to really help me gain muscle. I'm only 5'4 115lbs. I'm a quick little running back for my football team. I'm only a freshman. But all we ever do is. Bench. Squat and power cleans. My bench is 155. And I can squat about 200. It shouldn't take me this long to gain muscle. I'm at it everyday too. Off season I'm curling and running a lot. And I do lots of timed-push ups and I do bench with a freind who is younger then I am. And he's huge! He can bench 230-240. I seriously need help.
