How to loose weight in quick :(?

I'm 13 and about to start high school. My doctor said I'm over weight for my size(5'1") and I'm about 115 lbs. I want to be fit for before school starts (2 weeks). I want to be at least down to 100 lbs by school maybe less. My parents don't like the idea of me loosing weight so I need it to seem like I'm eating my regular dinner amount (medium sized amount) but they don't care what I eat for breakfast and lunch. I've been trying (and failing) to eat better. I even have a workout book thinhy to help but it's not. I hate my "thunder thighs" so PLEASE help me.
