I really want to buy my own car and honestly I have the opportunity to get almost any(up to 40K) brand new one. The point is that when I was 12y/o I was in auto accident and when I'm in a car now, I still feel fear. How to kill this so horrible for me feeling :( Also, since I'm gonna be a super newbie do you guys recommend to buy or lease the same...until I learn how-to. I guess, I'm gonna bump here and there until I learn to perfectly drive, so does the Insurance companies covers such bumps(for examples). Thank you.
