My insurance runs out on the 26th until 24:00:00(this is what it said on the certificate, does that mean it runs out at 23:59 during that day?) Anyways, I would like to get the cheapest deal(who doesn't?), If I wait till the 1st of April, I can change the number of years I've held my full UK license up from 1 to 2 which means I would get a cheaper quote, right? My current renew quote is 800 pounds but if I wait around 5 days I can get it down to 690(roughly, I hope). That brings in the problem, if I wait, my car will be parked on a private driveway uninsured which cannot happen. (I went on gov.uk, it said it has to be insured and taxed or uninsured and SORNed). Apprantly there can be no gaps insurance(if it is just 24 hours, I would assume it's no big deal?) but I'm doing for 5 days. I also got a quote for a 5 day temp insurance for 78 pounds and I'm not really sure what to do? Thanks. Links to genuine infomation would be helpful
