About medical insurance?

Hello all, I am looking for a insurance plan for myself which will cover my medical expenses. Actually I am looking for such plan that if anything happens , and I have to admit to hospital then my insurance should cover those expenses so that I don't have to always keep cash with me.And if I get discounts on medical bills. please help, if anyone have any idea please tell me.
