What is causing this sound when I turn my wheel?

Ive noticed that after changing my brakes a few weeks ago, that whenever I leave in the morning for work, especially when its cold, I turn my wheel and I hear a loud sound. I cant put my finger on it. It kind of a rubbing sound. I know it isn't my wheel bearings because I literally just replaced those. not sure what the problem is. Also, ever since doing my brakes, my abs light loves to come on. I notice no difference in my brakes though. please help.
