Car Subwoofer Randomly Stops Working?

Hello I have had my subwoofer working for about 8 months now in my car but recently it would randomly stop working so what i usually would do is unplug both inputs and plug them back in and that would fix it or if i hit a pothole it would suddenly start working again but i tried that again but its completely not working now and every cable is connected and everything tight, any ideas?
