I think my tooth loosen up what to do??

I accidentally bit the end of my metal spoon while eating. I heard a huge cracking noise like i thought i just ate my own tooth. I went to check it out on the mirror and I saw that it was chipped lightly. I learned that it slightly loosen up. What do I do?? Would it get back to normal soon? Would it just heal? Im 16 year old and I dont want to lose teeth/ a tooth just yet! :-(
