Hi. i want to ask something but before that for you guys to understand it started 3 weeks ago when i sat down to watch the tv i felt this nerve in my head that when i turn my head to the left side the veins in my head hurts i did it many time turning my head. and it goes away. but the following day it started throbbing occasionally only in the left side of my brain. something it gives a pinch and pressure until now. and later i observed that when going to sleep between the transition of awake and sleep my body will jolt. and in morning i also felt tingling 0n the right and left side of my body. something nausea. and floaters. can anyone give some idea about this?? cause ive researched more of my symptoms are with regards to brain tumor. and migraine. but i aint experienced a headache though.
