Soo after seeing commercials on tv on the insanity workout by shawn t, im determined to do it. Im 17 years old and weigh 230 pounds and im a girl. I have two months off from school and im willing to do this 60 day program. How many pounds do u think i can lose on this program? Will i look like a different person after this program? Do u think i can accutually lose inches on this program? Please leave any opinions and yes i promise a 10 point giveaway for the best answer, please help! Losing weight will mean everything to me! I wanna have confidence again! I just wanna lose alot of weight in my two months off and go back to school totally different in a good way! So pleaseeeee help!

Brake problems on 2001 Toyota Camry CE?

I own an 01' Toyota camry. I'm stationed in germany right now and have to pass their inspection. One of the tests they do spins the wheels with the brake applied to measure the resistance. My car failed for having too much of a difference between the resistance on the left rear wheel and the right rear wheel. With the right rear being the lower of the 2, when the inspector tested them with the parking brake, the same values came up on the machine. i came home and pulled off my drums. the drums are in perfect shape and the the shoes are practically new. both sides were adjusted correctly and had a little bit of drag when spun by hand. i went over all of the the lines starting from the master cylinder, all the way to all four wheels and found no leaks or loose connections. i also checked the parking brake cables from the lever to the rear wheels and cant see anything wrong there. I am just at a loss with this problem. If they had failed only on the pedal test i would think it was something in the brake lines and bleed them. but they also failed on the parking brake test which is all cable operated. So i just cant pin point the problem. Please let me know if you have ever had any trouble like this or have any ideas for how to fix it, or anything i may have forgotten to check. thanks.

I work out at the gym, i'm 25 and i'm much bigger and have lots more muscles! I challenged him to an arm wrestle and it was actually really close i almost had him but he was too strong for me. Why is a 15 year old stronger than me when i'm bigger, older and have better toned muscles?

My social anxiety disorder has basically just hit a new high these past few months. I went into therapy once and it just didn't work for me so I quit. My parents don't believe in the medications that they have to offer for it. Basically from the minute I wake up I feel like vomiting. I can't eat normal amounts of food, I've been eating very little because if I eat normal amounts of food that I usually had, it just comes back up. My parents think I just want to starve myself and they tell me I HAVE to eat all the food they made. So I do and I feel even worse and it usually makes me gag. Basically my solution to everything is that I haven't been leaving the house at all if I need to because just going to the store is a challenge. Just walking around the store I feel like I'm on the borderline of passing out or vomiting, it's just not worth it. I've noticed that lately when I walk around the house lately I'll get really bad dizzy spells and my vision will go blank and I feel like I'm passing out. I'm 15 and I'm going to be a junior next year. I don't really know what to do with myself. my parents have sufficiently proven that they don't really care about anything at all. And trust me they don't. They think it's just how when people get nervous when they gives speeches and stuff. Well walking through the grocery store or walking down a hallway at school isn't giving a speech, is it? That's something I should be able to do. It's so bad that I don't know how to walk when I'm outside and apparently my walk is really stiff or something. I don't really have any friends because everyone basically got too good for me (God know's why because I was nothing but nice to everyone) and to be honest, I could care less. Being alone isn't a new concept and obviously they aren't worth my time and energy. I don't really know what to do and there's not really any support that I'm feeling at the moment. I'm done. I'm done trying. I shouldn't have to make this much of an effort to get through a day.

Okay first of all, this is a quick fix and I know once I stop I'll gain back the weight, etc. I also know it's unhealthy so please, no lectures. Speedfight exhaust leak?

Hi, I have a 2002 Peugeot Speedfight 2 50cc Air Cooled scooter and It has a exhaust leak on the connection to the engine. There is black stuff leaking out of it on a tiny, tiny, tiny bit but it's oil, I think. Plus when I put my hand near the engine it's blowing air out of it. I can't tighten it up because I dont have a short enough wrench. Is their anyway I can remedy this?

When first starting the vehicle a lot of white smoke comes from tail pipe. then 2 minutes later there is no more smoke. but the car also makes a sucking noise. im unsure of what it is. we have let the car run for more than an hour and it still hasn'tt overheated and the oil looks fine in it. maybe it wasn't running long enough? i need help! i would like to know what it is and how much im looking to pay to get it fixed.

For me its 4am right now, i woke up about an hour ago. I woke up extremely dizzy for no apparent reason. I was about to vomit, so i got up just to have a wave of nausea pass me. I about fell multiple times this past hour. all of this and a headache. anyone have a clue as to whats going on?!?!? I'm getting worried.
