What do you think about my 5x5 workout 10pts.? Posted: 14 Jan 2014 01:18 AM PST What do you think? Mon - Workout A (Chest) *Incline Bench Press *Flys "Bench Press *Tricep Pushdown. Wed - Workout B (Back/Shoulder/Bicep) *Deadlift *Hyper extensions *Dumbbell Shoulder Press *Standing Bicep Curl. Fri - Workout C (Legs/Hamstring/Quads/abs) *Squats *Leg Press *Calve Raise *Ab Crunch I should add 5-10 pounds, per week or if I complete all 5 reps i wanted to add another day but i might no recover (sat. Full body) what do ya think. Aiming for strenght/Mass i want to be swole. |
