i had a non working older car on the side of the road in the state of arizona,i put a for sale sign on it and left it for 4 months,havnt checked on it since,cause i dont really car for the car,hoping someone stole it just to be done rid of it.but its all paid off and i have the pink slip and title.i dont know if a towing company might have picked it up or not and in that case what are my options.i dont want the car back nor do i want to pay a whole bunch of money for the impound fees,the car has not been registered or insured in about 3 years and the last time it was,it was from the state where the car was purchased never in arizona,theres no plates or info left in the car just its vin.
