I'm a very heavy Coke Zero drinker I have four or five sodas a day, I love it so much sometimes I get sick from it like my body knows I do drink a lot of it. I can buy a 24 case and it's gone with in the week I buy it and the second week it's gone. I bought a 32 case last week Monday exact and I have like 10 or something left from that case I know soda is very bad, But water is very plan for me to drink and soda just has that taste is there any other suggestions I'm diabetic type II and I can't have a lot of sugary stuff.
