'86 dodge ram 2x4 conversion to 4x4?

I want to convert my old '86 dodge ram D150 royal SE to a 4x4. I want the cheapest option and I really don't want to buy a new frame. Especially because it would just be that much harder to find because of how old it is. Any suggestions?
