What goes in a work out log? |   
|      Posted: 21 Oct 2013 01:21 AM PDT Hey! !! Ok i know what goes in os how much you lift, but more detail please. :)    Im a lady lifter, i bootybuild, so i focus mostly on my lower body.    Anyways can someone help me start one. Or give me an example of thiers.    I see all these bodybuilders with thier notebooks but i dont want to interrupt their work out with qquestions .
