Do ladies like a wide shaft?

Hey everyone, my whole shaft isn't wide, just in the middle, it bulges out, and it makes the head look small I think the bulges were caused by me squeezing it after masturbation which I've stopped now Is there something I can do to reverse it to make the whole penis itself match the size of the bulges? It just seems really ugly Thanks
