My left arm hurts and my chest does too im 15?

I'm 15 6'2 160 pounds. My left side of my body has much larger bones so my chest bones are much bigger on the left side. I could see myheart beat on the mirror maybe its because I'm skinny. Anyways my left arm hurts and my chest were my heart is does too. I feels rush through myheart first then it goes to my left armthen it chills my fingers. Is this just anxiety? When I play basketball or do any excersize all of this is gone and I don't feel anything. My parents just moved out but I had this waybefore they did. So is this anxiety or a serious problem withmy heart?
