As of january i've had this odd scab on my foot, recently its been itching, when i scratched it, it seemed to have spread to my hands. I have weird little bumps on my fingers and feet and i dont know what to do. Also, lately every night i cant breathe, it honestly feels like my hearts about to stop, not to mention the insane paranoia, its like im a 90 year old in a 19 year old body. Once and a while when i try to sleep my heart literally does stop for about 3-5 seconds. What do i do? I cant take this for much longer...
