Lose weight in 2 months ? |
| Posted: 09 Jun 2012 01:21 AM PDT I am injured at the momemt so I jave packed on the pounds after surgery due to my meds. I am only able to walk other physical activities or cut out until further due. I want to cut the pounds before the wedding in the 2 week of september any suggestions on how I can shed a few pounds while hurt. (knee surgery) ?? |
