| Will this propeller be suitable for 2stroke engine? Posted: 05 Apr 2012 06:06 AM PDT After 5 hours research on the internet trying to chose the right propeller for my boat I decided this one would be the one I should buy: http://www.marineparts.ie/propellers/mercury-mariner-1/mercury-mariner-propellers-from-60hp-to-140hp.html I bought it in diameter 13.25 and pitch 17. From what I read it seemed it would be suitable. But now it has been delivered, the box says it specifically design or suitable for 4 stroke engine. Mine is a Mariner bigfoot 60hp 2stroke. Is this still ok to use? And if so will it have a negative effect on fuel economy/power/speed? |
